Successful Eurodance act produced by Italian producers Larry Pignagnoli and Davide Riva. Whigfield scored a UK #1 hit with "Saturday Night" in 1994, being the first foreign debuting artist to have done so, as certified by the Guinness Book of World Records. Next to five studio albums Whigfield released a large number of singles and also some compilation albums.
